Welcome to our estate

 

We are inviting you to our estate in Comitsa, Chalkidiki. It is located after Nea Roda in Ierissos gulf. Its distant from Ouranoupoli and Nea Roda is 4 km., on the border of Mount Athos. In a land of 5,5 acres with olive trees, fruit trees, flowers and long grass on a hillside and only 60 m away from the sea, our flat is build. Being in the centre of a big hill, it offers a panoramic view of the whole gulf, the blue-green sea with its clean and pure water, the golden sand and a wonderful pine forest.

 

The flat will host you is in the first floor, 75 square meters, new, airy, sunny, independent, beautiful but functional.

It has two big verandas (6m *3* & 4m* 3m) with a direct view of the sea.

The big veranda is equipped with a big wooden table with four garden chairs and a rocking chair. From this place the sunsets are spectacular!

The flat has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a WC, with a view at the sea and the pine forest. The doorjambs are luxury, wooden, opening with screens.

The living room has fireplace with a sofa and a sofa bed, a small fridge and a television. The one bedroom has a double bed with a night stand and a wardrobe, while the other one has two beds and a wardrobe. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with table, chairs and stool. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 adults and 1 child. 

 

Also, it has washing machine, two clotheslines, iron, ironing board, a folding bed and barbeque. Despite the fact that the flat is extremely cool, because it is found on a hillside, it has air conditioner, too. For the beach, we provide an umbrella and two chaises. Often cleaning and change of bedding is provided, too.

Sun, fresh air, sea, green, peace and quiet!
